Trip to the zoo

Wow, being gone a few nights last week really made work at home pile up. Literally. Tons of laundry and putting stuff away and cleaning … Anyway, I felt so bad for being in complete work mode that I took the girls to the zoo for some fun.
And they were so good. Ella was so happy to ride on the carousel and train. And Eva is just happy riding in anything taking in all the sights.

It’s still morning and so far today:
- Eva got up at 5 a.m. for a feeding. I don’t know why. Growth spurt? Or maybe she needs to eat more at night.
- I traded my workout for sleep and feel so slow and lethargic! I thought it would be better for me to get more sleep. But now I totally regret it.
- Ella broke a cute little hand-painted vase I got on my honeymoon in Mexico.
- And I finally, finally got the girls in the car today and Ella had to potty – and I mean one of her 20-minute sessions.
