I'm sorry you are having a rough time. I think crazy pins is just what you need. I recommend putting her on the floor beside your bed in a good bouncy seat that vibrates for night time sleeping. Both my kids slept in either the packnplay or bouncy until they were 6 or 7 weeks old. Warning: don't tell mom. She frowns on this practice.

Oh Erin, I'm so sorry about your sleepless nights. It's more painful with the second child since you can't catch up with those little cat naps during the day while Eva is sleeping if Ella isn't napping. It does get better...I promise you. Do you have a swing that swings from side to side rather than front to back? For Fiona we only had one that went from front to back. With Erin we purchased the one that swings from side to side. She was about 5 or 6 weeks old. I would swaddle her up like a snug little bug and put her in there throughout the day. Somehow it really made a difference. She started napping regularly in the swing during the day. Also, she got into a regular eating pattern and before I knew it was in a sleeping pattern at night. Now, this doesn't mean she slept all night, but she would sleep for longer intervals. I don't know how it works, but for some reason better napping during the day led the way to better sleeping patterns at night. Anyway, you are probably getting all kinds of advice (solicited or not). So I hope this doesn't annoy you. Just wishing a successful pattern for you so that you can rest as well.
Good luck, and hang in there. Remember that you are an amazing mommy!
BTW - great job with the Target outing!!
