LOVE LOVE LOVE our family photos
I’ve been noticing great family photos out in the beautiful fall leaves so I quickly scheduled an appointment with my friend Lindsey. And I’m so glad we did. It was quite amazing too because I really didn’t think the girls smiled and looked ahead ever at the same time! But Lindsey was great and took her time. Sure beats sitting in a little studio with someone you don’t know … Anyway, here are some of my favorites:

- I didn’t run this morning like I wanted to. But I’m very worried another long run will kill my feet. I am making it my goal to go to good running store and get good shoes this weekend. I’m not so sure anymore that I am going to be ready for that 5k.
- My sitter has the day off so my husband is home with the kids. It was kinda nice to switch things up and leave the house by myself off to work, leaving them all home. ha!
- I LOVE fall so much. It just puts me in a good mood.
- Watched the movie Killers last night. It was so bad it was almost good. Almost. Not quite.
- I’m going to do a zumbathon this weekend. 45 minutes of zumba is hard enough, but 2 hours! This should be interesting.
- That’s it. Gotta get to work!
Warm October
We’ve had such beautiful weather lately. Steve and I took the girls to a park in Auburn on Sunday. It was so nice. Such a beautiful park surrounded by trees. I hope to get our photos taken soon, maybe there …
Eva enjoys nature.

I’m not going to remember funny things Ella said in a few weeks, let alone as she gets older. So occassionally, I will post a few so we can all enjoy them and I can have them forever…
- Our new fridge has an alarm that goes off after it’s been open for 60 seconds. Ella takes this alarm very seriously, so whenever it goes off she yells: “Shut the fridge, shut the fridge!!” It’s almost a game now. We do countdowns to prepare ourselves for it.
- Ella got her haircut the other day by a woman who talked about her 3-year-old grandson a lot. Later on Ella wanted to play beauty salon where she styled my hair, complete with cutting noises all while she talked about her funny 3-year-old at home, just like the lady at the salon.
- Ella sat down to make her cousin a birthday card and asked me how to spell thank you. I reminded her she’s making a birthday card not a thank you card and she said, “No! I’m saying thank you for inviting me to your party!” I thought that was very sweet.
