Tons of fun

April 7th, 2010

We’ve been having so much fun lately I have not had any time to blog.

There was a fun playdate in Shipshewana with our friends Chey and Liam. We rode a carousel and went to a park and ate awesome homemade amish food. Then of course there was Easter and I couldn’t help getting the girls matching dresses. They were very cute. And we spent the whole day at my parents farm playing outdoors and taking wagon rides. The weather was beautiful and it was very fun. As soon as I find my camera I’ll post photos. Then there was a “sister night” before all of us girls spent the day shopping – sans kids – including my friend Chey again from Michigan. And Ella started tball too which has been great. I really need to find my camera.

And we got our new windows! I am loving spring and having them open all the time, although I have wondered about whether the white vinyl windows look right with our wood trim. But really I think it only bothers me on the windows with no treatments, and I’m working on having some made.

Anyway, I’m spending the day doing laundry and packing up summer clothes and putting away easter stuff and just being glad I don’t have to go anywhere and I love that it’s raining.

OK, must check on kids. More later. Ella’s already asking for ice cream and it’s 10:25.

Here are some recent photos from a lunch out.

Eva is not amused.

Do you have photos of the girls in their Easter dresses?
